We can work together to help you draw out the meanings, values and perspectives you have of the world; this will shape how you live within it. Here, therapy can help understand ourselves and open up our choices.
Good counselling is about building a strong relationship which offers a supportive and at times, challenging perspective. I offer a confidential and non-judgemental service. I am an existential counsellor with a strong integrative grounding in the history and practice of psychotherapy and counselling, This means that my starting point is the client and their experience of the world; my approach is, however, open and I draw from a range of disciplines and sources.
My journey to becoming a counsellor has been varied and interesting. I have worked across many industries and have first-hand experience of working with people, particularly young people, living with Autism, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, Tourettes and physical disabilities.
